Don't... just don't. I made it very clear to our server that I am allergic to gluten. I ordered a steak, baked potato and a side salad. I asked about where the steaks were cooked and if it was in the same area as food containing gluten. I was told mine could be cooked in a separate area. I requested my salad not have any bread or croutons on it. The salad and potato seemed fine but the server brought out my steak with a giant pile of breaded onion rings on top. They were nice enough to make me a new steak but didn't seem to understand why I didn't want to eat the first one. Also I definitely feel like I got glutened, I don't think they took any precautions with cross contamination.
