Thr staff was polite and understanding, a lot of their menu is naturally gluten free. You can substitute gluten free bread, buns and tortillas in to most menu items. The prices are good, and the green chili is the best at any restaurant in town.

Great spot in Casper! The owner and the waiters were very knowledgeable about celiac needs, and the food was great (both the gf and the non-gf). Our kid with celiac had a sandwich that he really enjoyed and had no bad reactions.
