Review of Shibu Ramen

I would eat here again and their GF ramen was fantastic.

There was a section on the menu that said we could substitute noodles on any dish. When I brought this up with my server while mentioning my gluten allergy their demeanor changed and she said I can only have the GF ramen.

If you want to try any other items on the menu you'll have to get crafty.
