This is a build your own poke bowl place. It has fast food vibe in terms of decor and seating. But the food is much better than a typical fast food joint.
The ingredients are fresh, including lots of veggies and even mango. You can get tofu for your protein if you want a vegan option.
Most of all, the person working was very knowledgeable about gluten free procedures including which of their sauces are gf. They do carry gf soy sauce.
Overall a vert good and tasty experience.
Staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options. They have gluten free soy sauce, the shin’s sauces are GF, along with the mango sauces. I had no reaction to this food. Going to be my new go to for “fast food”
Staff was well educated on gluten free options and double checked when they weren’t sure
