Checked before we went to see if they had a gf menu. They do have gf options. However, the chef put our rice on the griddle and then added our neighbors noodles using the same utensils. No GF friendly cross contamination for sure. They did make our non cross contaminated food in the back. Wasn’t as much fun as the food being cooked at table side.
I want to give this place a 5 but I was lazy in my research. They offer hibachi and have GF soy sauce if asked. They cooked my rice and veggies first using the gf sauce to prevent CC. The cook and serving staff definitely understood what I was asking, which surprised me. I did test the other side sauces they offered with no reaction, but I didn't ask to see ingredients first, so if you're super sensitive I would definitely ask. I plan to go back on a weekday afternoon when I can ask more questions and also test the take-out so I'll update when I complete this.
