Most menu items are gluten free. Server and chef very knowledgeable about ingredients and double checked the wasabi ingredients for me. They were also able to tell me about the few items to avoid - eel because of the sauce and spider roll because coating on soft shell crab contains gluten. They brought everything out on a big plate - with my daughter’s spider roll on a separate dish. I did not ask if they had GF soy sauce because I had brought my own :) I will definitely be back!
