My girls and I are all celiac so we frequently are looking for a place that is celiac friendly. My husband found this little food truck, ice cream place. This place offers all gluten free ice creams, gelato, and water ice (Italian ice) and even a gluten free cone (prepackaged)! We were so excited. We all tried a different water ice sundae- two flavors of the ice with a vanilla gelato between. I had the USA which was like a Firecracker pop made of three Italian ice flavors, cherry, lemon and blue raspberry. We will be back!
