Asymptomatic Celiac

They have gf pizza crust but it’s cooked on the same surface as gluten crusts, so not celiac safe. They don’t have many gf options but they made me a delicious blackened fish sandwich and the server was very helpful. The bun was toasted bc I forgot to ask them not to (still a new celiac!) so I wonder if that was on a separate surface or not.
