I went here once a couple years back because my friends were meeting there. Since I also have an egg allergy, there were few options. Ended up with a tiny scoop of hash browns, a couple of strips of bacon, and a small handful of lettuce, all for like $16 before tip. Was so hungry afterwards :(

I celebrated my birthday with brunch at the short stack!! I explained to the cashier I had celiac disease and that my reaction to gluten was serious. I ordered the GF chocolate chip short stack of pancakes, a side of bacon and a lavender weather alcoholic - she made a note to the kitchen and I felt great for the entirety of the day! No reactions or trouble at all and I’m a highly sensitive celiac :-)

No dedicated prep or cook space. Would cook the GF pancakes in a separate pan “if they had time”

They only have one type of gf pancakes so don’t go thinking it’s likes a gf ihop. The pancakes were great and I didn’t get sick.

They were very quick to tell us that they aren’t a dedicated GF kitchen but the GF pancakes have dedicated cook space. They were delish.
