Show Me Pizza

I ordered a John Kelso on the cauliflower crust and it was very tasty. The crust was a little overdone in places for my taste, but I know that's the style they're based on. I didn't ask about cross contamination prevention because I trusted the reviews I read on here (and honestly it just slipped my mind). I did mention the great reviews to the cashier who agreed that it's very good. I finished half the pizza, took the other half home and reheated it in the oven (set it in during preheating and took it out before heating up all the way.

This is my new favorite pizza place in Austin. They answered all my questions and were super knowledgeable. They use a gluten free cauliflower crust that’s also vegan and it’s AMAZING. One of the best crusts I’ve ever had. They take precautions like designated metal dishes and pizza cutter for gluten free (obviously with any pizzeria you run the risk with cross contamination of flour in the air, and they were upfront about that).
