Sicilian Oven

Ordered a GF pizza. Tested it at home with Nima sensor and came back positive for gluten. Would not recommend for Celiacs. They may not use separate tray to cook the pizza on. Be careful. I have been successful at other pizza places like Mellow Mushroom.

My family loves this place. I'm the one who is gluten and soy free. They do offer a gluten free pizza. Cheese for pizza has soy. They are knowledgeable on what's in their food. I order the tomato and mozzarella salad. Good fresh mozzarella.

The option of substituting gluten free pizza crust is the only GF item on the menu. There are a variety of pizzas to choose from though. The crust was good, not crumbly. If you are in the mood for pizza and are dining with others who are not GF this is a good choice. Just wish they would expand their menu.

Claims gluten free, but when I call they "are out", nice, was dying for pizza and can't have it and Dominos SUCKS.

The gluten free pizza is amazing!!! The Sicilian salad is so delish!!! Definitely will be coming back. Katie the server is the best. :)
