I called and the person who answered the phone went and asked someone for more info. Turns out only the veggie broth is gluten free as the other broths have ingredients which are not. They can do the veggie broth with any of the pho options. I did not end up ordering bc I was hoping for a non-veggie broth as those tend to be more rich in flavor.
We asked the waiter about gluten free and he said don’t eat here bc there’s gluten everywhere and he doesn’t know where. We unfortunately left.
Super delicious pho! I was craving Vietnamese food while visiting Las Vegas and having a hard time finding a gluten free spot. A friend suggested this place so I called and they were able to confirm that the pho was gluten free. The chef explained every single ingredient that went into the broth and how it was prepared. I ate there and was fine, no issues with cross contamination and I’m very sensitive. The menu is not clearly labeled but the staff is very knowledgeable if you ask and can tell you what is gluten free and any flags for cross contamination.
