My personal favourite is the kung pao chicken. They use potato starch as a gluten-free replacement and will make delicious gluten-free Chinese dishes without any soy sauce. This is also the only place I can safely order over the phone from. Whether you dine in or order over the phone, always make sure to talk to these chefs and they will guide you. If you let them know, they will also make it a point to take care of cross-contamination and offer you a safe meal. I’ve ordered from here multiple times and never gotten sick.
