Staff were careful to clarify what would be safe (most anything on the menu, dubbing corn tortillas for flour), and when they found out it was a wheat allergy, cleaned prep space and used clean utensils to ensure no cross contamination would take place. Steak nachos were delicious, and my family members also enjoyed shrimp ceviche and steak burrito.
