We are a dedicated gluten free brewery sharing a tasting room with a cidery. On tap in our tasting room we have several varieties of hard cider as well as our 3 flagship beers and occasional seasonal beers.
Half Calf Blonde Ale:
Our light, and crisp, easy drinking lightly colored beer.
Highland Amber Ale:
Our malty, and well balanced, amber colored beer.
Hoppy Heifer IPA:
Our malty, hoppy, and citrusy American IPA.

I LOVE the name Silly Yak (got the pun?)! The brewery offers fully gluten-free beers and ciders, and you can get them in flights so you can taste them all. The tastes are varied, and we all found something we liked! The brewery grounds around have picnic tables and enough space for kids to run around. Pro tip: pick up some scones and cookies from Impasta just down the road before coming here. It'd be nice if they had some snacks at the bar (gf pretzels, chips etc), and I do hope they start selling their beers in bottles to take away as well soon. Will be back!
