This was our very first dining out experience since CD diagnosis 6 mos ago and I was so incredibly nervous, but the server here was incredible! She shared with us that she has a gluten allergy and has never had any negative experience with the gf food here. She went on to share their process here: new gloves, dedicated cutting board, clean knives, basting brushes, opening new ingredients, labeling food with allergy, etc.
The regular menu has GF written next to food that can be made GF. On their website under FAQs is an allergy tab with a document listing common allergies and ingredients in their food that was written by the owners (according to our server).
We ordered GF breadsticks, small pepperoni and a medium “supreme” I can’t remember the name of this one exactly. All was absolutely delicious! The only negative that I can say was that they use paper straws which often has gluten in it and they never seemed to have heard of this. But that was an easy fix.
