Review of Silver Diner

The menu is confusing. Items that can be made gf are marked, but you have to figure out their system. There is no dedicated fryer, but there is a dedicated toaster. Don’t think they have much experience with the toaster since one side of the bread was burnt black. Not enough choices to risk it. Guessing, Cross-contamination is pretty much a definite. When the waitress thinks Oreo’s are gf, then red flags go up.
