Simple Sandwich

I found your Gluten Free Kolacky's at Vince & Joes Market on Garfield & Canal in Clinton Twp, MI. WOW! They are simply delicious....very light in texture which is unusal in GF bakery. I have Celiac & find it difficult to locate good, delicious GF foods....especially breads. Do offer GF sandwiches made on GOOD, NON-CRUMBLY bread....and don't taste like cardboard?
