Rice noodles, gf toppings, and an allergen grid. Nothing fancy or crazy delicious, but it’s a solid option for a quick meal.
Tasty neighborhood Vietnamese cuisine! Pho, noodle bowls, and Spring rolls can be made GF (but only with the pork or shrimp.) The owner/chef is aware of gluten-containing ingredients and can guide you if he is in. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff is less well informed and often careless about cross-contamination (e.g. packing meat into a sandwich roll with the serving spoon, picking up crumbs in the process.) Also, they have stopped making spring rolls to order, so if they are out of one of the safe ones you're out of luck. With all these recent problems, I had to demote from four stars to two. This is no longer a reliably safe option if you have celiac or an allergy.
