Have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful for gluten free orders. The chicken gyro on gf pita is my go to, with cabbage rolls and dolmas to start. Can’t recommend it more highly.

Be sure and tell at counter you need gluten free so you don’t get pita with some orders. Good falafel and tomato bisque.

Most food is GF but ask to see their specialty menu. It is coded for dietary needs including GF. Ask for their GF pitta. All their falafel is GF. From what I could tell, all of their fried (fryer) foods are GF. It is absolutely delish my family ate all of it. The lamb is not GF. Ask for it to be on a separate plate if eating family style. Their usual host is very knowledgeable and will help you out.

Drove through OKC and was looking for a fast gluten free place to eat. Simple Falafel was recommended so I dropped by. Staff didn’t know ingredients in gf pita or if the fryer was safe for gf or not. Staff also had no idea about cross contamination or anything like that. So to make it easy I ordered a chicken Greek salad with no feta or dressing. I was trying to make it easy and stress free for everyone involved. Got to go and found chicken burnt. Terrible tasting and soaked in oil I accepted that this place probably isn’t worth it and threw out the food. Won’t recommend. Also question how safe this place is for people with celiac.
No
Tyler was very knowledgeable. The food was amazing!!!
Yes
Great food, but the gluten-free pita bread was a bit dry. Also nice atmosphere.
The staff was knowledgeable but the owner knew the best. Dedicated fryer for the falafels! So light and yummy. GF pita too.
I eat here sometimes, I love the gf pita. Everything I have eaten here is tasty. I have not gotten sick after eating here.
They offer gluten free pita that is very tasty. The owner is friendly and very helpful. I have never gotten sick after eating here.

The food is amazing, and the owner is informative, let's you taste many different items, and there are tasty GF options!!
I was and am still a huge fan of this restaurant before and after my diagnosis. The owner is by far the most kind and accommodating person. They recently started offering gluten free pita bread so I think they are still learning what it takes to be considered gluten free. I will need to confirm before I order again that they do not allow cross contamination during prep in the kitchen.
Edmond location is amazing! The owner is knowledgable and the perfect host. Pure food that is beyond divine!!!
Food was not good. No one at the restaurant knew what gluten was.
The food was okay but the cashier has no idea about gluten free. The owner was around, but wasn't as helpful as the previous post described him. I was disappointed with the restaurant.
Amazing! Be sure to ask for the owner if the person working the counter seems unsure. Heck, ask for the owner anyway! He is a delight. He came to our table, asking what things we liked and then proceeded to tell us that he would make up a platter so that we could try different things. It was all delicious, but I especially liked the Ceasar salad with homemade dressing and the falafel! The chicken swarma was probably my favorite entree.
The owner will even go out of his way to help you enjoy your meal. One customer has an allergy to iodized salt so he bought sea salt and she calls in her order so they make it special with the sea salt. As for GF bread? He is trying different ones to see which is best. He said it is expensive, but "it is worth it." What? What restaurant owners say this?
My husband would eat Mexican food every meal, but we came here two nights in a row on a business trip. We plan on coming for lunch before heading out!
