I got the Conch Chili Nachos with a Sip Sip Rum Punch 🍹

It was very yummy, and had a mango salsa on top. 🥭

None of the restaurants at Atlantis Resort seem to have gluten-free on their menus, but if you ask they can find or adjust something for you. #dobetter #celiacproblems

I used the @findmeglutenfree app to see what other Celiacs have been successful with and a few people said the Conch Chili Nachos.

I was concerned when I asked the waitress about Worcestershire sauce and she said they use Lea & Perrins. So I googled to see if it was a different recipe here. Did you know Lea & Perrins is gluten-free in the US??? It’s not gf in Canada and the UK (our’s has malt vinegar). In the Bahamas, they get it from the US. #themoreyouknow

Marina Village - The menu says corn chips for the conch nachos but when we were there, they were wheat. Additionally there was no dedicated fryer. Ended up with the ‘hot dog no bun’ and hummus with veggies. Not terrible, it just wasn’t what we hoped based on reviews here. The staff was knowledgeable.

Just a quick note that currently, there is not a separate fryer and there aren’t French fries on the menu. Not sure about any GF options.

Stopped in for a late lunch just after getting to the Coral. Nedra, our waitress, was extremely helpful with menu recommendations, checking and double checking if items would be safe. She also shared some very useful tips and tricks to navigating restaurants at the resort, and just off. Conch Chili Nachos were delicious. I hope to go back before we leave to try the grouper reuben.

Had an excellent burger on a gluten free bun. The fries are fried separately and were delicious. Knowledgeable servers. I did not get sick and would definitely return.
