Road trip stop. We were planning to eat at The Brunch Truck but they were sold out when we arrived. Six Car saved the day! It was 3 pm and they were only serving apps and pizza. She said almost all the apps were fried and not safe. I normally don’t eat pizza out because of cc risk, but the server told me they keep the gf separate and mark it celiac. She confirmed the toppings were GF except for the chicken (soy marinade). That level of attention to detail made me feel safe. The pepperoni mushroom pizza I ordered was very good and they even had a dog friendly patio.
Super friendly staff, knowledgeable about venue and gluten. Claimed the kitchen was celiac safe. I got a hot honey pepperoni pizza and ooohwee it was good! If I get sick, I'll come change my review.
I went to lunch here and had a Swiss mushroom burger with fries. They have a dedicated GF fryer for French fries, and they were some of the best fries I have ever eaten. There was an option to put any burgers on a GF bun. The server seemed knowledgeable about food safety. My meal was absolutely delicious.

Several GF options. GF bread/buns for burgers and sandwiches. Dedicated fryers for GF fries. Even had the chocolate torte for dessert. Highly recommend. Only complaint was no GF ketchup.
Went there on off hours. Early Saturday afternoon and they only were serving snacks and pizza. They do have a gluten free pizza crust. They said it’s prepared in a separate area of the kitchen and cooked on its own area. The crust was pretty good but the toppings on the margarita wasn’t pretty minimal. I read online they have gluten free bread and buns for sandwiches and burgers.
I eat here at least 2x a month. The staff is very accommodating for my food allergies. I favorite is their Short Rib Grilled Cheese on GF bread. They do not have a dedicated GF fryer but I have had their fries and tots without getting sick.
