We were super excited to eat here! Lots of gluten-free choices clearly marked on the menu. Casual gourmet, with things like flat bread pizzas, salads, GF french fries. We ate here with three kids, two with celiac, and the food was delicious. Be cautious though! We ordered a kids menu flat bread on gluten free bread (and made a point to note wheat allergies) but they still brought out a regular one. Luckily, we noticed right away! They brought out a new one and no one got sick, but the situation was disappointing.

Had the Deep fried Calamari because “Hello” they have a dedicated fryer! The French fries were delish as well. The waiter said “yes” to every modification we asked for. A celiac’s dream. Thank you!

Got pretty sick from the shrimp and grits. I called ahead of time and was assured that they had a dedicated GF fryer (the shrimp and grits have tortillas on top) and my coworker even heard them call out the “allergy” to the kitchen. Food was good but I would 100% NOT try things from their fryer.

Lots of gluten free options and other options are easy to modify. Their salmon bowl is delicious and the calamari is wonderful! Lovely patio and great service!

Tried this thanks to other reviews and was very happy. Had the salmon bowl and Really Good Fries. They had a chocolate pudding for dessert but I was just too full!

This was a treat and so fun! I had the calamari & pepper app, my partner ordered the tofu app (I had a few bites), and the truffle parmesan fries (no garlic on these…great for folks on low FODMAP), and a side salad. Dedicated fryer and knowledgeable staff (the kitchen staff came out to ask if the next fryer over was ok..not the same fryer) …great flavors and portions! The calamari had rings and tentacles and was tender and not over cooked. The tofu bites and a wonderful peanut sauce. The watermelon radish on the salad was a nice touch for just a side salad. They take their cocktails serious and had the good large whiskey ice here. Huge fan of this place!

Fried calamari was amazing but I did get sick and the timing would suggest it was from this meal. If you're sensitive tread with caution.

I ordered the Steak Frites Bowl which was labeled GF and got very ill. The fries were definitely cross-contaminated.

Plenty of gluten free options to choose from. Staff was very knowledgeable about options and ingredients. All flatbreads and sandwiches are available gluten free. The gluten free flatbread tastes delicious.

I had the kale & Brussels salad as well as the spicy calamari and everything was wonderful. My family was also happy with the non -GF food they ate.
Delicious and very well priced.

We stopped in several days ago and had a delicious lunch. We chatted with the managers and were pleased to learn the care taken to ensure a GF meal is safe.

Picked this place scrambling on the road. Steak frites passed a Nima test and was amazing! This will be my go-to place in Albuquerque.

Really good food! The server was very knowledgeable and everything is marked on the menu. My daughter got the fried calamari (made with cornmeal breading) and the Ruben sandwich on GF bread. She is extremely sensitive to gluten and didn’t get sick at all after eating here. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Great restaurant! Not very many restaurants in Albuquerque have a lot of gluten free options. This one did and they were clearly marked on the menu. Precautions are taken in the kitchen Food was delicious. I had Brussel Sprouts and Fried Calamari...no issues. Service was good. Definitely will be going back.

The restaurant has a fun and trendy atmosphere, with local beer and an outdoor patio. There are designated GF items on the menu. I have Celiacs and was able to get GF New Mexican shrimp and grits with no issues!
