Skyline Burrito Bowls

The staff was VERY knowledgeable regarding Celiac. They were able to tell us which foods contained gluten (the with list was much shorter than the without for a change!). They placed foil under and over the corn tortillas and made my granddaughter quesadillas with corn tortillas. They were careful to change gloves, use clean utensils and talk us through each step so we could ensure no cross contamination. Over 24 hours later and zero issues!

The food is delicious and light. Fresh ingredients. Staff was willing to answer questions and double check ingredients. Also, shares a dining room with a bakery that often has GF options.

The staff were beyond friendly. 😊 we had tacos they warmed the corn tortillas on the shared tortilla Warner but at my request placed the shells between foil sheets. They seemed happy to do that. The food was extremely tasty. All the choices were gluten free. Lots of “family recipes” and special unique treats like the cucumber limeade, very tasty, but super sweet. Also there are days they have gluten free cupcakes as well. Not every day though. We will return when we pass through again.

The staff is always extremely nice. Servings are of good size. I love coming here and getting GF nachos.
