They are great! They said they have several customers with celiac that come in and the manager brings the food out. They get the chili and cheese from the back that hasn't been touched. We bring chips and crackers and our son is happy to be able to eat out. This is true at most locations.

Yes, it's hard to go to Skyline and just eat salad! We split a chili cheese fries and a Greek salad. we told the waitress of our issues and she said they could make our food in the back with a separate pot of chili that hadn't been near the steam table. Yummmmmm......

There is no GF menu.
The server did not know what gluten was. I asked her to ask what items were gf. She came back and said the chili bowl was the only thing. I do not recommend this place

This was a good option for our family of 2 GF eaters and 3 non-GF eaters. The chili over baked potato, Greek salad, and sour cream/chive baked potatoes were safe.
