They have a fryer that is just for fries, but it's not necessarily dedicated for gluten free.

They cook the meat in the same space as everything else but offered to put down some tin foil. We almost finished ordering when I thought to make sure they ice cream was gluten free (it was part of what we ordered) and it is not. She knew we couldn't have gluten and knew the ice cream wasn't gluten free but didn't tell us until I asked. We cancelled our order and walked away. I'm a sensitive celiac and was already feeling anxious about the tin foil.

The food is so good! They have a dedicated fryer for gluten free fries. I got a grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwich without a bun. It was delicious.
