We stopped for breakfast on the recommendation of family. My daughter ordered the blueberry bee cakes, an egg and gluten free toast. Very tasty food and the rest of our (non gluten free) meals were also delicious.

I have been to the Oakley location a few times. The staff seems very knowledgeable about cross contamination and are very careful. I've tried something different every time and have been very pleased with the quality and taste of their gluten free food. I must recommend the Ginger Coconut Sweet Potato Soup.

I have only eaten 1 meal today. Eaten at Sleep Bee around 12:15p on August 18, 2019. My meal either was not GF or it was cross contaminated significantly! I am miserably sick as we speak!

I love the Sleepy Bee!! Their gluten free bee cakes are great. I have never had an issue with their food, and love the omelets too.

Confirming that the ‘gf’ pancakes are cooked on the same surface. I got an omelet but am unsure how safe it is.

Not celiac friendly. They use the same cooking surfaces and toasters for everything. The waitstaff and kitchen staff told me that if I had an actual allergy, it wasn’t a good place to eat because they can’t control cross contamination. We paid for our drinks and left.

Visited another Sleepy Bee Restaurant - this time in Cincinnati (vs Blue Ash) location. We had another great breakfast experience thanks to our sever Michael. I recommending arriving early morning on a Saturday to avoid the rush. GF options include eggs, omelets, yogurts and pancakes. Coffee and Tea are abundant and specialty drinks available. If you are traveling from out of town (like we did) be prepared to pay the meters near by for parking. All meter fees can be uploaded from your phone - parking meters are only free on Sunday.

The GF pancakes are made on the same flat top grill as butter milk pancakes. GF toast is made in same toaster. Chef wouldn’t use a separate pan to cook my kids pancakes... and we were trying to celebrate his final Radiation Treatment. Never got to try the food but will NEVER return. (Would give no stars, but rating of one star is required)

I love Sleepy Bee in Blue Ash, this was my first time at the Oakley location. My server Leah was fantastic and well informed about the gluten free menu. The food is always delicious and if you go during the week it's a quick bite to eat!

Oh my god. I don't know that I've ever been this full. I want to curl in a ball and sleep forever. This place is amazing! Most of their menu can be gluten free (it's not stated but if you ask it can be done, the staff is super knowledgeable) and the food. Oh sweet mercy the food! Honestly you should come here for their honey butter alone. I would like to bathe in the stuff. And they've got this honey garlic stuff that is phenomenal. The food is well prepared and pretty as well as locally sourced. This is hands down one of the best places I've ever been.

I do love this place, however the only thing truly gluten free is the omelets. The bee cakes must be cooked in the same location and have resulted in us being sick both times.

I love this place for so many reasons, but the last few times I've gone, I was sick the days following. Their food IS good, don't get me wrong. I didn't specify celiac the last time so maybe they just aren't as careful if you don't? I'm not sure, but the time before I did and got glutened, so at your own risk if you're really sensitive.
