Advised that we were coming with a group and when we arrived they were aware and looking for the celiac person. They said that they had prepared the kitchen. Helen was concerned when her meal arrived with chips but when queried it was assured that they had been done in a separate fryer. They appeared to have good knowledge and to take it quite seriously.
