The only safe item for celiacs is the soft serve ice cream. The manager stated that all ice creams are made on the same equipment so they can’t validate there is no cross contamination. The staff scooping icecream did not give that information clearly to us, but luckily the manager was knowledgeable. My 5 year old celiac daughter enjoyed the soft serve but everyone should steer clear of the regular ice cream.

Great ice cream! I had the coffee and mint. Highly recommend giving it a try. All flavours that don't have cookies or something specificly with gluten are ok. Some of the toppings are GF, however as a precaution I didn't use any just in case.

The mint chocolate chunk. So yummy. I asked the girl to change gloves, she was like, of course and washed her hands between. She knew what to do. I did see her drop some of my ice cream into the next container over and my ice cream was next to birthday cake, so watch out. She said watch out for the baked goods in them, but they also have rum raisin that has gluten. The bulk candy looks not safe.

The staff was very knowledgeable on what items were gluten free and which are not. They changed gloves and got ice cream toppings from the bags in the back instead of dipping into the potentially contaminated bins. They were very helpful and friendly!

I asked if they could accommodate celiac and they told me that they would change their gloves, get a new scooper, and get the ice cream from the bottom of the container. I felt comfortable with this because I’ve had this done before elsewhere and haven’t gotten sick. The vegan strawberry ice cream was delicious and away from ice cream that contains gluten so I felt safe. I didn’t get sick at all (and I’m usually very sensitive) and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend but eat at your own risk.
