Very knowledgeable staff with a clear process in place. Our daughter had the Smashburger with Udi Bun and Fries. Nima tested Gluten Free. Delicious!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I was informed that they do have gluten free buns but "all out patties contain gluten" I'm not sure if that was true or just based on ignorance. I did not take a chance!

great food and very gluten free friendly... the staff knew gluten free well and notified the kitchen to ensure less risk of contamination. always a plus having udis buns offered and even their specialty fries are gluten free!!! if I knew think would have come sooner

There is NO dedicated fryer. They have gluten free buns. It was toasted, and I don’t know if that was done safely. I’ll find out soon. The worker changed gloves to make my burger.

Very accommodating, they use a separate frier for celiac. Pretty much everything can be substituted to be gluten free and they put everything in a separate bag from the rest of the order if required.

Great burgers! They have gluten free undis bun the fries and tots are gf. Dedicated fried! The person taking our order was very knowledgeable!

Had an amazing chicken sandwich instead of hamburger on a gluten free bun and had tator tots from the dedicated fryer for fries. The staff was amazing and made sure to toast my bum on a clean grill instead of in the shared toaster!
