I had the Avocado chicken burger, but was told the fries are fried in the same fryer as the onion haystacks. They offered me some raw veggies or a side salad. They also have an allergen menu on their website, however the burgers are marked using their normal buns. Now that they use Udi's buns it's hard to tell which burgers are safe, but it can be used for all the sides. If the manager and staff are informed they are celiac friendly, and the manager here told me they were getting more and more training about allergens. Hope that's chain-wide!
