Just had that and they let us know that the sauce was gluten free and the meat was safe as well. It was all delicious.

Brisket was delicious! Cashier was not super knowledgeable about GF but went back to the kitchen multiple times to ask questions. My brisket came out on top of a piece of bread - server immediately took it back and made me a new plate. Shared fryer so fries are not celiac safe.

I always get either the brisket or pulled pork tacos without any tortillas and they are always really accommodating to that. I’m pretty sensitive and have no issues. I’ve also eaten their fries and they are SO good, but I don’t know if I would feel confident saying they were GF
