Great food and friendly staff. You MUST be strict ordering. I’ve eaten here many times and they always assured me they take precautions, however most of my visits they always put the corn bread, which contains gluten with my meal. It’s a hit or miss

They brought our food out with a non gluten free roll on part of it…Within 20 minutes I knew I was glutened. Idk how other celiac’s eat here without being sick. The people who work there are super nice though I will say that. Great for non celiac’s

Awesome experience for dinner here, and even went back for a little takeout another day. So nice that there were so many choices of meats and sauces that were GF, as well as sides and good portion sizes. Very friendly and helpful staff also. It is a counter order restaurant and bus your own table after.

First they gave my 9 year old a hot chocolate with vodka and schnapps and when I asked if it had alcohol in it (after I took a sip), they said I needed to say it was a KIDS hot chocolate. My 9-year-old ordered it so I assumed they understood it was for a child.

Aside from that, I can't say I was impressed with their barbeque. I ordered brisket and it wasn't tender. It's definitely far from the best barbeque I've had. We probably won't be visiting again.

I give it one star for safety because they gave my daughter alcohol.

Holy awesome experience Batman! All sauces gluten free, all meats (or “animals” as they’re labeled) on the menu are GF as well as the potato salad and the beans. As an extra bonus, the whole place is Grateful Dead themed :)

As it is a classic BBQ restaurant, they do have breads and other things that are obviously not safe for the celiac crowd. I was with a friend who ordered some other glutenous food and they specially bagged it separately.

Would highly recommend!

The cashier made a note on my order that it was GF. She explained that GF orders are prepared on a separate station, and the staff called out that it was GF when they brought it out. They confirmed that all the spice rubs and sauces are GF.

I had the pulled pork and baked beans. The combo is normally served with corn bread, but they left it off because the corn bread is not GF. The food is filling and tasty - I tend to prefer Kansas City style BBQ, and this hit the spot, but they also have Texas and Carolina-style sauces as well that some of our party also enjoyed. The meats are tender and flavorful. My husband said the burnt ends were good, maybe a touch overdone (but he has a high bar for that dish!).

Good food, good service. I felt comfortable eating here thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. I'd eat here again.

Fantastic Gluten free Bbq! We are from Texas, so that’s saying something! The staff was well-informed and very friendly. All the bbq sauce was Gf. I had the pulled pork and collard greens and didn’t get sick! Loved it!

I was very surprised how knowledgeable the staff was about celiac and other food allergies. All of their meats and sauces are gluten free. They do serve bread and pasta salad, so there is gluten in the building. But, when we ordered take-out, they took precautions to make sure there was no cross contamination. They marked the order as celiac and told us that they take that very seriously.

Wow! Totally surprised by just how good (and safe) this place was! The waiter was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and what was and wasn’t safe for me. All of their bbq sauces are gf, I tried Bucky’s mild and Hickory with zero issues. The beef brisket and boneless wings exceeded my expectations! My husband who is not gf loved it, too.

The staff was very informed about Gluten Issues and were very helpful. They took extra care to make sure that there were no contamination issues. This was a wonderful experience, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Not only that, but the BBQ was pretty darn good. They didn't have a dedicated menu, but our server knew exactly what could and couldn't be ingested.
