Great BBQ. Lots of GF meat options, and CC can be minimized because you speak to the person preparing the food in front of you (cafeteria style.) The meat is cut away from where bread/crackers are, and you can watch the whole process. The manager spoke to me and let me know only one BBQ sauce was not GF b/c of soy sauce as an ingredient. There are lots of GF sides, but my celiac is young and not interested in typical BBQ offerings. I brought GF buns and made her a pulled pork BBQ sandwich, which she loved. The place is huge and often has live music. This will be a new go-to place for us.
