Menu clearly marked up and waitress very helpful and knowledgable. Not many GF options though. I got the pulled pork bbq nachos. They were absolutely lovely, probably nicest place we have ate in Bansko

Allergens clearly listed on the menu, but you need to query a couple of mistakes. The waiting staff and kitchen are well-informed about gluten-free dishes, even if they take the extra time to double-check. The GF options are mainly chicken wings (not the smoked ones), fries, nachos, salads + more.

Am coeliac and no problems.
