Food was … not great. I sincerely appreciate that it’s a GF kitchen but my mashed potato and brisket bowl was kind of gross and did not make me feel good. My family also did not enjoy. Felt safe , just not great food.

We loved it! We tried the Loaded Pizza fries, Dragon Bowl, Rhonert Pork, and the Greek Garlic Fries. We liked them all. The restaurant was clean and a nice cozy atmosphere. The employees were really nice and it was a nice, chill space to grab lunch. This was also our first time finding a dedicated GF restaurant that our daughter likes, she's celiac, so that was also excellent. I think there's really something for everyone here. Highly recommend!

So good! Everything on the menu is gluten free, had the roast beef and gravy bowl but will be back anytime I'm in the area. Highly recommended.

We just stopped in for a snack. 100% gluten free facility. Service was fast and place was clean...not sure what other review was referring to. Seats are a bit worn but it's obvious this is a locally owned business. Soda machine was clean and everything...no red flags. We got the Greek garlic fries and they were great...so tasty. I saw online that the fries are fried in beef fat which is delicious, and they did check if we were vegetarian/vegan so they seem pretty aware of dietary needs overall. Definitely will stop by again

I ate here about 2 years ago and was super impressed. I was in town and decided to try it again. I ordered the garlic greek fries is what I think they’re called and my fiancé got bowl named sue. While we sat down to wait for our food I noticed how dirty the place was. Spider webs everywhere. Tables were dirty and staff didn’t seem to care. My food was okay and my fiancé could only take a couple bites before wanting to throw up. He said the chicken was flavorless, potatoes were cheap premade and the bacon was way too salty. I woke up the morning have really bad stomach pains. Not sure how but I think I was glutened 😕

Everything is GF. It’s been years since I’ve had mashed potatoes and gravy that I didn’t make. It was a little salty but really good. The beef was tender and flavorful. We also got the Mediterranean fries that were crunchy and tasty.

Ate here many many times over the past two years and fortunately haven’t had a reaction though some report they have 🫣. I’ve tried nearly everything and it’s quite a tasty place! Rohnert pork and loaded pizza fries are my fav. Plus cream soda from the fountain drinks!

NO LONGER GLUTEN FREE Was once a great stoner spot but is ran by complete morons who started using gluten without realizing it. I would call and tell them but if you take one look at the place you know they are too stupid to care. RIP Smokin Bowls

I used to eat here all of the time when visiting my sister. I am a very sensitive celiac.

I got sick on the last 5 visits. I have tried different items on the menu(rohnert pork, bowl named sue, roast beef) to try and rule things out.

Something changed 6 months and I can no longer take the risk.

I just wanted to warn other people with celiac that only eat at dedicated facilities.

I made it 2 star because I used to love it, but get sick every time now. ugh

Not quite sure why all the 5 star ratings. Place needed a good cleaning-floors,tables and even the outside of the garbage can. The food was below average. Fries tasted as if they were prepared previously and then reheated. Only positive is that it is 100% gluten free.

Order at the counter, friendly staff, gluten free kitchen, reasonable prices. Large portions. Dedicated fryer. Baked goods from outside GF bakery.

One of the owners is gluten sensitive.

A rare dine out experience- a completely gf restaurant that isn’t expensive. You can eat with the peace of mind you won’t feel ill later. They can’t make an error in the kitchen when there’s no gluten in the place at all.

This place is 100% gluten free and it was fantastic! So hard to find dedicated gluten free facilities and this one did not disappoint! Garlic fries were to die for and I had the Dragon Bowl! Have not had Asian cuisine in nearly 2 years and this was so satisfying! Highly recommend!

Huge portions! I had the Rohnert Pork and it was super yummy. The fries are amazing too! I can’t wait to try other bowls soon. Came here on the drive back from a day in wine country. The restaurant is clean, casual and in a bit of a divey strip mall. Prices are very reasonable and serving size was generous. The feeling of being in a 100% gf place is comforting, and the food was solid but not outstanding. If you have other allergies, like I do, the staff are helpful and friendly. Also, try the gf baked good on the counter. They come from local bakeries and are tasty. We had chocolate chip cookies and brownies. I am really sensitive to gluten and had no reaction three hours later which is my test for success when eating out.

Like all the other reviews, awesome food, awesome staff, amazing portions and prices. Unbelievable to find a place that my family of 5 can all find something they enjoy and be gluten free. Unbelievable to be able to walk in to a restaurant and not worry what I can order. I (as a celiac) can eat whatever I choose. We drove 17 miles to eat here and will again and again.

It’s all gluten free. It’s really fresh junk food and I love it. Satisfies my cravings for comfort food. So far, I’ve had the Buffalo Bowl, the Rohnert Pork, the Roast Beef n Gravy and the Disco Fries. I recommend them all. I have NCGS in a bad way and I experienced absolutely no symptoms. Celiac friendly for sure. It’s a treat especially when I’ve been eating healthy all week. I plan to stop by for to-go items when I plan to hit the town. There will be yummy grub in the fridge for when I get home. Staff knows what’s up about gluten and knows what’s in the recipes. Very safe and so tasty for gluten sensitive. Best gluten free option in town. More variety than Amy’s Drive Thru and no wait. I’m sold!
