While they have a variety of gluten free options on their menu, we were informed that they do not use a dedicated fryer/utensils/equipment for any of those options so cross-contamination is a large risk.

Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ meats and sauces are all gluten free. Service is very fast, the is very friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable about which items on the menu are safe.

Note, although fries are identified as GF on the menu, there’s no dedicated frier.

Menu is clearly marked with Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free items and there are a lot of options to chose from! Tasty food as well.

I called ahead to ask about their protocols. She told me that there are none and I risk cross contamination by eating there.

I asked the waitress, she was able to point out the items to stay away from due to a shared frier but all meats and sauces were gluten free. Had ribs green beans and apples. All were very good and no reactions.

Delicious. Ask for their laminated guide of what includes gluten. GF= meat (except sausage), sauces, and many sides (green beans, bbq beans, potato salad, cole slaw). Ate there three times on our trip and no issues.
