Owners and staff are very aware of celiac and cross contamination. The food is amazing and tons of options!! Most of it is naturally gluten free. The owner has someone in their family with celiac. I’ve eaten here numerous times.

Had the maple bacon poutine, it was amazing! Staff told me I could have anything on the menu except the Mac and cheese.
Great place to stop for lunch when you’re on the go. They have a dedicated fryer and gluten free gravy, however, I am not a fan of the seasoning they use on their fries. I find it way too peppery. Not sure if they changed their recipes because I don’t remember it tasting like that last year. I would still be happy to try them next year. The staff are very friendly and there’s tons of parking available.
Got sick after second visit. Different staff from previous visit 10 days earlier. This gentleman was clear that he did not understand cross contamination, I should have stopped ordering immediately. Paid the price.
The owner’s sister is gluten free so he takes it very seriously. On top of that, they have amazing customer service!!! Me and my sister who is also celiac have both eaten here without issue!
I ate there a lot last year, the quality has gone down a little this year. Great brisket! Ok fries.
I’ve been eating at this food truck for a few years now. They have never disappointed. In fact they are only getting better! On top of having the best dairy free cheeses around they now have dairy free/gluten free Mac and cheese. Their pulled pork poutine, maple bacon, the sandwiches…..it’s just all amazing. It’s one of our preferred places as they literally have food for the whole family. If you haven’t tried it yet you need to.
This place is an absolute gem! Pretty much this entire menu is GF, including their gravy! They offer other dietary restriction offerings as well. If you haven’t visited this food truck, you must!!!

GF buns available for burgers, salmon, pulled pork etc. Dedicated fryer for fries and gf poutine.

They have GF buns so you can have the pulled pork and brisket sandwich. They do ribs sometimes and they are GF.
Almost everything is GF other than the macaroni and the hollandaise sauce on the lobster.
Staff is great, one is GF also.
The food is great.
