I got the ribs and coleslaw to go after being in a time crunch to get to my destination and reading the one other review here. It was very noisy inside (a band was playing) and we had to order at the bar so I went based off the information from the previous poster and said a prayer. The food was very good and I did not get sick!

I worked at Smokin’s and have my degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. I am highly sensitive to gluten as well. All the smoked food is Celiac friendly, such as their ribs and wings. Their pulled pork, pulled beef, cheesy potatoes, and coleslaw are gluten free. However, there is always a chance of cross contamination if the kitchen staff is unaware of your allergy. I have not had an issue eating it though!
