When informed about a gluten allergy, staff washes hands changes gloves and prepares the pizza off the line with separate ingredient bins and trays. However, it is still prepared in the same space/room as the gluten pizzas leaving the chance for cross contamination. Celiac safe when they aren’t busy, a risk when they are.

They made efforts to avoid cross contact but not safe enough. Too risky for my family

The gluten free crust is amazing. My partner tried it and said it's better than the regular. They will make your pizza off the line with ingredients that haven't been out so there won't be cross contamination. My go-to pizza spot. I usually go to the one on Lancaster ave that's connected to Hope's cookies.

I had a poor experience. I walked up to the counter and told them that I had a gluten allergy. They questioned making my food "off the line". I order a pizza with herb butter, grilled chicken and peppers. I watch the gentleman putting my pizza together grab butter right of the line full and a flour covered area. I had to asked three times for a manager before getting one to help me. The manager informed me that herb butter wasn't available off the line, so he remade my pizza with olive oil. He was apologetic and didn't charge me for the $2 fee for GF. However, I'm not sure I'll go back.

Great pizza spot! My Celiac son loves that he can pick almost any pizza he wants due to their GF crust & heightened awareness of Celiac disease/gluten intolerance by asking if allergy or preference. They swap out fresh sauce, etc if indicate "allergy". BYOB which is nice too ;-). VERY reasonable in cost & nice staff!

Very good gluten free crust! ($2 extra though). They will change gloves and make the pizza "off-line" meaning they will gather the ingredients from original containers to avoid cross contamination. Always very nice staff behind the pizza bar as well ☺️

Really good! When you order gf they ask if you have an allergy and will switch gloves and cook the crust separately.
