I went to Wholefoods section and found vegan, dairy, and vegetarian. One item said it was gluten-free. This is an attempt for whole foods to get into the gluten-free diet craze but not for someone who is seriously ill with celiac disease
Wonderful! Everything is gluten free! Not exactly a restaurant - all food is premade and wrapped and then you microwave it. But perfect for on the go Celiac’s! And the food is healthy and good - noodles and fish and grain bowls etc
This place is awesome! I was here for a conference and ate with complete confidence as they had their prepared meals labeled and color coded clearly as to dairy free, seafood, chicken, beef, etc. Oh, and EVERYTHING is gluten free!
Pretty sure almost everything (if not everything) is gluten free. Have never had a reaction and have eaten there multiple times. Highly recommended!
Delicious food! They have so many options, it’s hard to choose! Our entrees were some of the best GF meals we’ve ever had. They run between $10-$15. They aren’t all cooked all the way through. You select an entree and either microwave it there, or take it home to eat. There’s only outdoor seating, so it’s not a nice place to sit and eat in summer, but the food was delicious. They also have vegan and paleo options. They had GF bloodies, too, which were tasty!
This place is DEDICATED gluten free and is a God-send for Houston! There are tons of meal options that you can take home or heat up at the space and almost everything I’ve tried I’ve loved! Favorites: chicken piccata and turkey spaghetti
After placing an order online, the manager personally called to ask if my order was for celiac or preference. He then told me that one of the ingredients was not gluten free so I could choose another sauce. It was delicious and I’lol keep going back!
This place was a lifesaver. I came to Dallas for a seminar, and the agenda clearly showed no options for someone with celiac. I went to Snap Kitchen, got a few days’ worth of food (EVERYTHING is gf), and kept it in a fridge where the seminar was held. Just microwave and eat! Absolutely delicious, reasonable price, and healthier than most prepared food. The staff were INCREDIBLY helpful. I am so, so happy I found this place.
James was super knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable considering all of their fresh ingredients and care to avoid Gluten and tend to special diets like Paleo or Whole 30. All of the items available are GF.
Everything is gf. Great place to grab something if you are in a hurry. Like the southwest wrap for breakfast, the salads are good, love the hot chicken mac n cheese, the naked beef, and chicken tenders with turnip puree.
Everything in store is gluten free! Love the selection. Be aware that these are individual prepared meals, ready to heat in the microwave. There's us a counter to eat in store, though many people grab and go.
Love having a Snap Kitchen in this part of town! All of their items are gluten free, however a few do have gluten free oats, so be sure to read the ingredients if you have issues with oats. As always an extremely friendly staff and excellent food! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick healthy breakfast or lunch!
The staff is very helpful. Food clearly marked with ingredients. All packages are labeled gluten free, dairy free, vegan, paleo, etc. I purchased several items over a weeks stay. I had no reactions and felt completely safe!
Interesting concept. In case it's not clear, this is all prepackaged meals and many items need to be reheated in a microwave. They have microwave for guest to reheat their items, but that could easily lead to CC since the customer does this part. This may be more suitable for locals. The food looked fresh and the staff was very friendly. We ended up just getting a brownie, which was very good and saved the late evening while walking around spruce st. harbor.
Huge variety of options, homemade prepackaged meals and sides. Labeled gluten free and indicate allergens on all meals. Everything my family purchased was delicious. Examples of what we bought: grass-fed beef lasagna, naked chicken with roasted cauliflower and garlic green beans, and hot spiced chicken thighs with collard green Mac n cheese. Would definitely come back!
This is an outstanding option for those with celiac disease. There are an enormous number of options for those that need to eat gluten free with confidence. We were expecting a sit down restaurant, but we're not unhappy with eating at the little bar at the front of the store.
