Got to sit outside and waitress was every pleasant. We didn’t even have to ask for gluten free, as she first asked us if there were any food allergies she needed to be aware of. Not only had great service and food, but also asked us if we wanted our bacon crispy or not as well as hash-browns. Too notch place!

This place was super good! All pancakes can be made GF and they are so fluffy! You can also get most savory dishes and replace one side with GF toast. I got the pineapple upside down pancake and it was really good but it was too much food to finish. I also tried the corn beef hash which was sooo good!

We go here fairly often for us at least. Their website allows you to put in your allergies and tells you what is safe and what has to be modified. This is one of the only places I have found a good, celiac safe spicy bloody mary!

We have been her multiple times. Great place to eat and very allergen aware.

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
