Tasty little joint with a bunch of options. The staff was knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was surprised they had so many options other than a plate of eggs and a meat. My plate came out marked with a GF stick marker.
My experience is from March 14, 2024. SO GOOD! Great staff, delicious food, lots of options.

DO NOT EAT HERE! horrible service and the waitress brought out my gf pancakes with a gluten pancake and said she would just “take it off the plate” I asked her to remake it and she was not accommodating. My food then took 25 minutes to come back out. The waitress never apologized, very frustrating as someone with celiac

I normally don’t get sweets for breakfast, but after seeing all of pancakes (with the exception of the vegan) can be made GF I had to try one! I was not disappointed in the least! The rest of my family did not eat gluten free but they reported their food was amazing.
This is an amazing brunch spot with lots of GF options! Staff is very knowledgeable and for non GF menu items, they suggest modifications to make it GF! Their breakfast tacos were delicious, as was their specialty bacon! The entree came out marked as GF as well. We will definitely be back here!

Was so excited to try Snooze after reading so many good reviews about their gf options. Told the waiter I had Celiac Disease and he assured me he had it covered. Ordered the pancake flight. It came out with no allergy stick but I figured they didn’t use them. I should have questioned it but was so excited to have gf pancakes I dug right in. Big mistake. We drove 1 1/2 hours to a special museum exhibit and by the time we got there I wasn’t feeling well. 20 min into the exhibit and I had to find a bathroom and began violently vomiting. Spent an hour in & out of the public bathroom vomiting. Finally had to call my husband out of the exhibit to take me home. Vomited in the car on the way home as well. Wish I had questioned my meal when it was served. Big mistake. Will never eat here again.
Lots of GF options and knowledgeable staff. They even gave me a complimentary GF pancake labeled “celiac safe!”
Most of the menu is already gluten free, very few couldn't be modified, great service and vibes, already signed up for the rewards program because I will be back
The food was amazing! We both have celiac and my friend has 8 other food allergies. The waitress was knowledgeable, they have a GF menu on request, and they were able to confirm for her other allergies quickly. We both had amazing meals. I was so happy to find a place with GF hashbrowns! Such good food and excellent prices. We will be back.
Our waiter was very knowledgeable and the restaurant was able to accommodate both my celiac/gluten allergy and my mother’s dairy allergy. I got GF chocolate chip pancakes and they were delicious! They have so many options and I wanted to try them all because they looked so good!
I love eating here! They have lots of gluten free options and everything is very tasty! I have multiple allergies (crohns) and I haven’t gotten sick eating here. I did have an episode where my drink was too hot and it burnt my mouth but the staff was very friendly about it and gave my a giftcard and a free meal also. But I trust the gluten free food here.
The fluffiest, tastiest pancakes I’ve ever had. They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about cross contamination and allergy issues. Will definitely be back.
A large variety of GF items. I use the menu on their website, which allows you to filter out non-GF options and also tells you menu items can be altered to be GF.
I usually get their lox benedict and their GF pancake flight.
Excellent selection of gluten free items, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about Celiac issues. My meal was tasty, and I had no bad reactions.
Snooze knows how to keep me as safe as possible eating out. It's my go to breakfast/brunch place when traveling. I usually get the snooze classic, with bacon, over easy eggs, and sub out the toast for a gluten free blueberry pancake. I always make sure to ask them to follow allergen protocol and empathize at the beginning and the end of ordering. The pancake comes out marked with an allergen stick in it. I also appreciate that they bring out my order separately from everyone else's, or at the very least, my plate has always been on top. Be prepared for long waits unless you go during the week.

Delicious food my daughter had the pancakes. The server was very knowledgeable and they take precautions seriously. Lots of options!!!The food was tagged for allergy as well. Highly recommend.
Food was great! I had the breakfast tacos with a side of bacon. Came out with allergy markers. Most importantly I didn’t get sick.
This place is an awesome choice for breakfast! They are very knowledgeable about celiac and accommodated me well! They have gluten free pancakes and breads! The food was delicious, I had the strawberry shortcake pancakes. Did not get sick afterward.
The most delicious pancakes I have ever had in my life. I had the GF pineapple upside down pancake. It was moist, delicious, and really perfect. I also had Avocado Eggs Benny with Gluten free Udis toast . The poached eggs were perfectly cooked, there was a slice of tomato and a creamy hollandaise sauce covering the top of the eggs. My friends had non gluten free breakfasts and really enjoyed their meals. I did not ask about a separate griddle or cross contamination . I am very sensitive to gluten but do not have celiac.
We had Snooze first in Colorado and loved it, so we were happy to see there was one in Cedar Park. Good variety of gf options but we order standard breakfast that would be gf anyways- but we always let the server know of an allergy. Haven't had an issue eating here and the staff are always super nice and food is always delicious.
Have been back a few times since and always no issues. Servers ask if there are any allergies before we mention anything, which is appreciated! Plenty of gf options, and it's usually our go-to if we want breakfast.
