Had ham eggs Benedict, hash browns and added a strawberry shortcake pancake on the side. All were excellent and I had no negative reaction. For eggs Benedict, I had them swap out English muffin for corn tortilla with verde hollandaise which I expect is much better and gluten free bread. GF pancake was fluffy and amazing and marked with GF flag. No GF menu but I was told almost everything could be made GF. I’ll be back!

It was great food. I went for the Gluten free French toast with my boyfriend and they made sure to label it so it wasn't mixed up

Great selection of gluten free options (for example, almost all pancakes and French toast, most Benedict items with gluten free bread, etc. Knowledgeable staff! And food was delicious.

These were the best gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had. They came out with a gluten free flag on them and everything so I was really hopeful I wouldn’t have a reaction. The waiter was knowledgeable and really helpful, but I’m extremely sensitive to gluten and I guess a little gluten happened to get into my food. Really disappointing for me, but if you’re just intolerant to gluten and don’t care about cross contamination, they were delicious.

The best gluten-free chocolate chip pancakes I've ever had!! They are so fluffy! The hashbrowns are great as well, I had no problem with either of these.

Had French toast for the first time since being diagnosed and it was amazing. The server confirmed that they make it on the grill that they make the eggs on when there is an allergy, and I had no reaction. Will definitely be back!

Loved breakfast. Join the online waitlist early - our wait was 3 hours. Showed up a bit early and they did get us in. Had the GF pancakes and eggs Benedict. Both were AWESOME!

Most of the menu can be modified to be gluten free. Waitress was super knowledgeable (and gf herself). I ordered the bennie duo with the chili verde Bennie and the habanero bennie on potato cake!

Have gluten-free pancake batter and many gluten free options.
I just went with other reviews on here and kept my order simple.

Ate breakfasts here while visiting Austin. Menu doesn’t specifically list GF options but wait staff was able to accommodate. I kept it simple and based off previous reviews I just ordered the eggs, chicken sausage, and hash browns. I elected not to get the toast because it goes through the same toaster.

Absolutely my favorite place to eat breakfast!!! Always a treat!!!!
Wow! So so good I’ll probably be back tomorrow. The staff was amazingly helpful. They double checked that my pancakes were gluten free. I got the chicken sausage and hash browns which were amazing! I highly recommend this place.
Nice staff, but got bread in my to go order after stating multiple times that I have a true intolerance.

There was a one hour wait on Sunday, so we stopped in for breakfast on Monday. So delicious! I've got a gluten allergy and while they don't have a dedicated menu, all the pancakes and French toast could be made GF. The server was really knowledgeable and helpful. Tried a half order of French toast and the hot chocolate pancakes. The French toast is really good. #2 ranked of all GF French toast I've tried... But the pancakes. Oh man. Hot chocolate pancakes for the win! I typically don't order overly sweet for breakfast and I'm a traditionalist when it comes to my breakfast. But damn. These were so good I might just change my ordering practices. My BF ordered the breakfast pot pie (no allergies for him). He really liked the gravy, but the puff pastry was not a favorite. I guess he's more of a traditionalist when it comes to biscuits and gravy. They are known for their pancakes. Go and order pancakes!
Beware—make sure you confirm before eating your pancake that it is GF. I got a regular pancake and was very sick. The apologized and gave me my money back but they don’t have any way for customers to know it’s for sure GF. I love snoop and will go back but will confirm before eating anything.

They don't have a separate gf menu or gf items marked on the menu but they said most of the items can be made gf. I had the breakfast taco with corn tortilla for lunch and it was amazing (three huge tacos). Didn't ask if they have a gf dedicated section in the kitchen but I mentioned that my dish really needs to be gf and didn't have any symptoms though I am very sensitive. Will go back for sure next time I'm in Austin!

Found this gem this morning. Everything on the menu (I think) can be ordered gluten free; pancakes, waffles, French toast. I tried the gluten free blueberry streusel pancakes. Fantastic! Never had GF pancakes so good. I'll be a regular customer.

Amazing gf pancakes! Lots of options for gf. I'm df as well, so harder to find options for both.
Yes
They had TONS of gluten free options as well as their pancakes! They can make most options GF just by asking. Delicious breakfast! It's a new staple for me.
Yes
Great GF French Toast! Knowledgeable wait staff and best of all, no reactions.
Gluten-free possibilities abound at this delightful sunny-side-up brunch spot, with almost any menu item available as a GF option. Just let your server know and your choices will be happily accommodated. Their online menu doesn't include this information but it's true! As with most restaurants, cross-contamination can happen but the staff promises to keep things as GF as possible. Like me, you've likely discovered it's a matter of degree in determining whether to dine out here or elsewhere. I had no issue with the food here even though I'm highly sensitive. First time in 8 years that I've had French toast that exceeded my expectations. Yes! The grilled cheese on GF bread with tomato soup and GF blueberry Danish pancake with lemon creme filling are recommended as well for those looking for GF comfort foods that aren't too heavy or sugary. Absolutely delicious food, knowledgable service, and modern vintage diner decor make Snooze AM Eatery a most welcome addition to Austin's ever expanding array of GF-friendly restaurants.

Great with GF. Pancakes are wonderful and only one is not possible for GF. Most servers ask at the beginning about allergies and the take extra care in the kitchen.

Fun place for brunch with friends. It has a retro decor and fun coffee mugs. Their pancakes are HUGE! Hash browns come as a formed patty (kinda like a burger?) with crispy outsides and soft center. A fair amount of items are GF. They have corn hole outside while you wait and a front patio with dog friendly seating.

I unfortunately got pretty sick eating here. Yes most of the food is gluten free but according to some of the reviews here it seems like things are prepped on shared surfaces. I think I got a little unlucky with my waitress too as she was pretty dismissive of my celiac questions but most people seem to have a better experience. Ate the crab and asparagus omelette so assumed I was making a decently safe choice anyways but not doubt wound up sick in the end from it somehow. All in all, it seems like they probably do what they can but it’s a busy place with ample opportunity for cross contamination and I don’t think I’ll be returning
