Delicious! Got the gluten free French toast, chilaquiles and spuds plate! They can make waffles, French toast and pancakes gluten free!
Snooze is always great. Never had any issues at any of the locations. This past time I ordered an eggs Benedict and a side of hash browns. No issues and they mark everything as asked. Lots of options on the menus.

What a variety of menu items!! It was so hard to choose! The O.M.G French Toast was to die for!! We don't typically eat out for breakfast due to lack of chooses (eggs are not a favorite) so Snooze is such an exciting find!
They can make almost anything on the menu gluten free and cook it on a separate surface. The staff was very knowledgeable! Wonderful place for brunch!
This place was soooo good!! For the whole fam—not just for me. I often find that places that are rated well on here, don’t do so well with non-GF folks because the food ends up being my subpar or the service is underwhelming. This place had great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back. Almost everything can be made gluten free and it was simply divine. I got a flight of stuffed french toast, blueberry pancakes, and strawberry pancakes! YUM! The blueberry pancakes took me back to ordering Bo-Berry biscuits from Bojangles pre-celiac. :)
Extremely knowledgeable about gluten free items and most of the menu can be made gf. We will definitely be back!

Do yourself a huge favor and order the GF pancake flight!! The pancakes were light & fluffy and the toppings were made to perfection! The waitstaff was friendly & knowledgeable!! 10/10 will go back!
Nous sommes allez en famille ( 2 adultes 4 enfants) notre gars est Céliac et moi intolérante aux glutens. Le service a été impeccable et les plats très bon. C’est un endroit que je recommande à tout le monde pour les allergies.
Dedicated GF
Going GF is so hard because you give up so much and eating out is such a nightmare sometimes but snooze has really been a saving grace. Delicious GF pancakes and french toast. I am so happy. ❤
Delicious and safe; I went here a couple of times while on vacation in Charlotte and I never got sick. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and kitchen seemed safe. I crave this place all the time!
Had the cranberry orange walnut pancakes - absolutely delicious!
They took many precautions and had a very large menu. For breakfast food, this place is a treasure for gluten free. I have celiac, and I approve this place (insert bad political commercial).
I had the pineapple upside down cakes and the pumpkin spice bacon. The pancakes were massive and thick, like cake more than breakfast but not too sweet, just dense. The bacon must be an acquired taste, but it was good. They came with little label stakes saying gluten free.
Fun ambience, good food, when back in the area I’m sure we will return.
Food and service were great. Items aren’t marked on the menu but everything can be made GF and come out flagged. GF doesn’t cost any extra!
Gluten free pancakes (lots of options), gluten free French toast, and gluten free regular toast. Waitstaff very knowledgeable. Excellent food!!!
One of the only places in Charlotte that does specialty pancakes gluten-free and safe for Celiac! My two sisters and I both have celiac and we have eaten at the plaza Midwood snooze location multiple times and none of us have got sick or had any issues. They have awesome food and I am very confident in their capabilities regarding gluten-free!!
My wife (celiac) has gotten violently sick after eating there in a way she hasn’t gotten sick in years

They say that most of the food can be made gf, including eggs Benedict, pancakes, and all the regularly gf breakfast options like bacon and eggs.
I really love this place! The food is good and I felt very comfortable with the wait staff and how they helped me/handled our order. I can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I are regulars here. Only 2 items on the entire menu cannot be made gluten-free. The pancakes are amazing! Never gotten sick here!
Hands down best GF breakfast place in Charlotte. Almost the entire menu can be GF, and it’s a huge menu! I had the avocado benedict with hash browns and a chocolate chip pancake. Amazing!!!

There is no gluten free menu, but most of the menu is gluten free and the staff is knowledgable about their gluten free foods. I’ve eaten at the Houston & San Antonio locations with no reactions, and I just ate at this location with no reactions as well. I got poached eggs, bacon, hash browns, gf toast, and a gf chocolate chip pancake. Super yummy!

Oh man. Idk. I went here after reading the below reviews. I did not really have a good experience. I’m sure it depends on server.
There is nothing labeled on the menu as gluten free. There is not a gluten free menu.
I was told by the manager they could make anything on the menu gluten free (which I’m not sure I fully believe because they kind of blew me off when I questioned flavored bacon and drinks). I felt blown off really. But they did say they had a completely separate area in the back for gluten free food.
The thing that really bothered me was that they properly labeled my pancake but my eggs and bacon came out at the same time and in the same hands as my son’s non gluten pancake. I didn’t eat it I cried because I was hungry. 🤷♀. I will say another server saw my frustration and jumped in and remade those items for me but at that point I didn’t trust anything except the pancake.
Ate the pancake. It was pretty good. No stomach issues but the whole rest of the situation was sad. :/. Went home and ate my own sausage at home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast! The server brought us a cinnamon roll pancake to try and it was so fluffy. Exactly like a cinnamon roll. Very very sweet so one shared between four people was more than enough.
Just about the entire menu can be made gf. The food was delicious! I had French toast and it was amazing. I also tried the “bacon but different” and it was tasty! Angi, our server, was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for breakfast!
