Do yourself a huge favor and order the GF pancake flight!! The pancakes were light & fluffy and the toppings were made to perfection! The waitstaff was friendly & knowledgeable!! 10/10 will go back!

Going GF is so hard because you give up so much and eating out is such a nightmare sometimes but snooze has really been a saving grace. Delicious GF pancakes and french toast. I am so happy. ❤

Delicious and safe; I went here a couple of times while on vacation in Charlotte and I never got sick. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and kitchen seemed safe. I crave this place all the time!

They took many precautions and had a very large menu. For breakfast food, this place is a treasure for gluten free. I have celiac, and I approve this place (insert bad political commercial).

I had the pineapple upside down cakes and the pumpkin spice bacon. The pancakes were massive and thick, like cake more than breakfast but not too sweet, just dense. The bacon must be an acquired taste, but it was good. They came with little label stakes saying gluten free.

Fun ambience, good food, when back in the area I’m sure we will return.

Gluten free pancakes (lots of options), gluten free French toast, and gluten free regular toast. Waitstaff very knowledgeable. Excellent food!!!

One of the only places in Charlotte that does specialty pancakes gluten-free and safe for Celiac! My two sisters and I both have celiac and we have eaten at the plaza Midwood snooze location multiple times and none of us have got sick or had any issues. They have awesome food and I am very confident in their capabilities regarding gluten-free!!

My husband and I are regulars here. Only 2 items on the entire menu cannot be made gluten-free. The pancakes are amazing! Never gotten sick here!

Hands down best GF breakfast place in Charlotte. Almost the entire menu can be GF, and it’s a huge menu! I had the avocado benedict with hash browns and a chocolate chip pancake. Amazing!!!

There is no gluten free menu, but most of the menu is gluten free and the staff is knowledgable about their gluten free foods. I’ve eaten at the Houston & San Antonio locations with no reactions, and I just ate at this location with no reactions as well. I got poached eggs, bacon, hash browns, gf toast, and a gf chocolate chip pancake. Super yummy!

This place is amazing! The waiter was really knowledgeable about what we could and couldn’t eat. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten-free. They have little markers with the word gluten-free on them so you know your food is gluten-free when it arrives. Great food! I had an egg Benedict and it was on some type of savory crepe and it was spectacular.

Wonderful to have gluten-free pancakes available! I had a gluten-free flight of pancakes, and they came out marked. Each of them were also with their own batter, for each flavour. Really well done!

The food here is so good! Almost everything on the menu can be done gluten free. When I told the waitress I have celiac she said she would note it on my order and they sanitize before preparing my food.
