This place is amazing! The waiter was really knowledgeable about what we could and couldn’t eat. Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten-free. They have little markers with the word gluten-free on them so you know your food is gluten-free when it arrives. Great food! I had an egg Benedict and it was on some type of savory crepe and it was spectacular.
Food was absolutely delicious! You can make many options gluten free by subbing bread items for something else. You can customize any meal. I'm not sure if cross contamination would occur here. I'm not celiac, but definitely cannot process gluten and didn't have any issues. Felt great afterwards. The menu I saw online didn't have a "gluten free" menu or any symbols next to items labeling whether or not they're gluten free as some places do. That would have been great and helpful, especially to people who aren't super familiar with what they can and can't eat yet and need some pointers. But like I said, you can make most meals gluten free by subbing options. 10/10 we loved it and will be returning.
Absolutely delicious breakfast two days in a row! They are only open until 2:00 pm or I may have had dinner there as well! Most times on the menu can be made GF.
Staff was very helpful and able to make me gluten free food!!
The food was delicious. The gluten free toast was very good.
I got so sick 30 minutes after eating here. I was also in public. The waitress had checked twice on my choice. I contacted the Corporate Headquarters in Denver and received a call in which I was informed that the kitchen was not gluten free and cross-contamination happens. They were also “unaware” they were on a Gluten Free app and would get it removed.
They use a separate toaster for all gluten free breads. Almost the entire menu can be made gluten free. Celiac friendly when a gluten free order goes back the entire area is cleaned down, utensils changed, hands washed and gloves changed. Gluten free pancakes are labeled. King Arthur flour is used for gluten free pancakes so it rises just like a regular one. All Benedict’s can be made gluten free and most of the house favorites can be made gluten free as well (I.e. sandwiches, breakfast tacos, classic egg dishes). Snooze has a very large 86 list which means all menu items are carefully vetted. Long wait, but worth it.
I had an experience some months ago that I was served regular toast instead of gluten-free when I had explicitly requested gf “allergy”. I realized it as soon as I bit into it and was able to rinse my mouth out. This was in part due to a new server, and I hope training has improved. I’ve gone back since and have not had a problem with gluten again, but I don’t choose to go there if I have a choice. FYI, hash browns are better earlier in the day. Toward closing time they’ve been sitting and are not as fresh. I order mine crispy. I’m also dairy free so am limited in what I can order here. They have gf pancakes on the menu, but last I asked they were cooked on a shared griddle. Staff is in general friendly and helpful.
Tasty food, with a larger than average gluten-free selection. My server was decently knowledgeable on the items that could be made gluten free but not as versed on the cross contamination practices that could make them that way. However, she asked the back all my questions, and I was able to safely eat some tasty breakfast tacos and hash browns without getting sick.
They use Udis gluten free bread (can we please get a petition to get restaurants to offer something better here). And parking was a bit difficult to find but not impossible. Would 100% return again!
