They are very knowledgeable about keeping food separate when you order as an allergy. They have GF soy sauce you can get a rainbow roll (tell them no artificial crab) also they made a shrimp roll. They can make any dish that is not fried GF. Boiled separate water for lomein with rice noodles. The egg drop is made with corn starch and no soy sauce. Ask for a waiter named Thomas he is great! We have been here lots of times and no reactions from celiac daughter.
