Stopped here for lunch and left without eating. When I asked our waitress if they had a dedicated wheat-free frier, she didn't know what that was. When I explained it's a frier without wheat containing products, like onion rings, she said "yeah, but that's just battered in flour, so you're fine." I had to explain that flour was wheat. I decided not to order fries, and ordered a burger on gluten free bread, stressing I needed surfaces cleaned because I have a severe allergy (celiac). She came back and said the cook would do his best to clean the surfaces down, but they "literally have flour everywhere in the kitchen." We cancelled the order and left. Very disappointed with their knowledge of how to keep celiacs safe.
