My server was very knowledgeable and reported that they have a dedicated fryer. I ate the fries and didn’t get sick. Yay! They had a good selection of options for food, as well as a cider and cocktail selection.

Burger cooked to perfection, very knowledgable wait staff, asked if it was a preference or allergy so they could avoid any cross-contamination with the fryer.

Overall great meal and happy to put Solas back into the rotation of spots in Boston I feel comfortable dining in, but also with great food.

They have a GF "sensitive" menu with apps, salads and a few entrees including shepherds pie!

Small menu but had gf good wings and salads.
