Enjoyed a delicious meal here celebrating a graduation! We stuck to all GF items, and it was delicious and so awesome to be able to share food around the table without fear of cross contact. Delicious and fresh!

Quite a few gf options. Gf bread is a separate tapas, but so good. The food was delicious as was the sangria!

I was really disappointed in the quality of the food here. I came for dinner and the tapas all looked sort of wet and reheated. I didn’t get sick, but I did leave hungry and a little grossed out. When I said I had a gluten allergy and am sensitive to CC, the manager came over and gave me the “we cannot guarantee zero CC…” The waiter and runners did not announce allergy when bringing food to the table

More than half the tapas are GF and all the ones we tried were delicious!! Menu is well labeled and server we had was knowledgeable about how modifications would work. Only small complaint was that the standard modification for their “available GF” label was simply to remove the bread. It was only an issue Inc a few of the items though since most we gf without anybmidification

Excellent! So many gf options. All items clearly marked on the menu. Had so much fun eating tapas…you can try so many different dishes in one sitting. Great atmosphere. This was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant … it’s my favorite restaurant in Boston.

Enjoyed a fairly loyal selection from the menu, which clearly states gluten free options. Server confirmed they have a dedicated fryer. There's no option for GF bread to substitute on a dish, but you can order a side of tapioca cheese bread that is a good option!

I have dined there twice and they are dedicated to GF cooking. Many items are safe from the menu. The food is delicious. I have a dairy casein issue and the restaurant made sure no dairy was used in the prep.

Excellent experience at Solea. GF marked on the menu, server knowledgeable about having a sensitivity. Most importantly, food was amazing. Had a variety of tapas. Server made excellent suggestions to balance out all the different flavors. Loved it. Absolutely no reaction.

Good amount of GF options on the menu. Got the artichokes, spinach, pork, and shrimp. All delicious. Would eat here again!

Food was so good! No cross contamination and the plates are small so you can get a few. Lots of good veggie plates. No gluten free bread, they serve it in a separate basket for those that want it at the table with that plate.

Lovely experience. Server was knowledgeable and gave me an allergy menu. He even let us make chances and have half a tapa split so I could eat the gluten friendly part.

We have been here several times thanks to the excellent handling and knowledge of GF.

Most the tapas and all the paella are naturally GF.

Last night we went with some friends and the tapas special of the day was a GF cheese bread.

Highly recommend for both great food and great GF service.

Great restaurant for gluten-free people. The server was very attentive and the gluten-free menu is larger than most I've seen. Highly recommend.
